Shipping policy
CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME (TAT):
For t-shirts and other apparel - our current TAT is up to 14-21 business* processing days BEFORE shipping.
For mugs and tumblers - our current TAT is up to 21 business* processing days BEFORE shipping. This is due to allowing the epoxy to cure (dry) properly.
Keep in mind these times are ESTIMATES and orders are generally completed before these times. We state these timeframes to allow a grace period in case of vendor shipping delays.
*BUSINESS DAYS - are counted as Tuesday - Friday, this excludes holidays and weekends and Mondays (we are CLOSED on Mondays).
DELIVERY/SHIPPING:
We ship via USPS and UPS . Tracking is sent to your email provided with your order. Tracking request should be emailed to arkkreationsdesigns@gmail.com. Please ensure that the email that you provide is accessible to you. You can check your tracking through the USPS or UPS websites. If you are concerned about the progress of your package, you can contact USPS or UPS for the most up to date information.
Items are shipped USPS or UPS from Virginia within 14-21 BUSINESS days after your order and payment have processed (a business day is Tuesday - Friday and excludes holidays and weekends and Mondays). Since the COVID-19 pandemic, We take extra care and time to disinfect and clean our work areas prior to starting your order. Keep in mind that shipping can be delayed. Once we deliver your order to the USPS or UPS sites it is no longer in our control. If your package is damaged or lost with the carrier, please be sure to file a claim with the respective carrier.
*Delivery timeframes will vary based on carriers and transit. Any issues with delivery should be addressed with your local post office or with UPS. We do not have additional information about packages once they are in transit.
If packages are damaged or lost during shipping transit, file a claim with Route. If Route was not purchased, we will not replace or issue a store credit with issues relating to shipping.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that accurate shipping information is provided when purchasing. Replacements or store credit will NOT be given in the event that a customer provides incorrect shipping address information, or for claims of not receiving packages when tracking says delivered. Any issues with delivery needs to be addressed with the appropriate carrier.
