Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept or offer cancellations, exchanges, refunds or returns. Our items are custom made and made specifically for you and with you in mind. If an item from your order is damaged due to a defect or error on ARK Kreations Designs end we will gladly recreate or remake that item for you or offer you a store credit! 

*We thoroughly inspect items that we receive to create your order. This does not include manufacturing issues such as irregularities etc. ONLY errors on our end (incorrect color or size).

If packages are damaged or lost during shipping transit, file a claim with Route. If Route was not purchased, we will not replace or issue a store credit with issues relating to shipping.
